  • Initial Meeting

    1. Determine specific wants and needs.
    2. Review possibilities
    3. Determine any structural or constructability concerns.
  • Design Development

    1. Provide design options of possibilities.
    2. Determine constraints.
    3. Finalize conceptual design alongside owner.
  • Construction Documents

    1. With an approved design, engineering backgrounds are created.
    2. Finalize details.
    3. Implement interior design requirements as needed.
    4. Coordinate architectural plans with structural, civil, and MEP Engineering requirements.
    5. Sign and Seal Plans for permitting.
  • Permitting

    1. Submit signed and sealed construction documents (plus any additional requirements needed) to city having jurisdiction.
    2. Provide corrections to constructions documents if requested by city having jurisdiction. 
  • Construction Phase

    1. Provide support and clarity to general contractor when needed.
